European Aircraft Charter Management
European aircraft charter management gives business aircraft owners a consultative partner, not a transactional intermediary. ACASS handles your aircraft’s operations, compliance, and charter placement so you can Own Your Journey®.
What European Aircraft Charter Management Covers
Business jet management in Europe demands a lot from an owner: maintenance oversight, safety, regulatory compliance, and flight crew all need coordinating. ACASS handles it through turnkey management, freeing you from operational details. Aircraft charter management adds one more option. When you are not flying, you can place your aircraft into charter, where it may generate revenue under the same accountable team.
Turning Your Aircraft Into Charter Revenue
Aircraft management with charter revenue is possible because ACASS operates charter itself, under its own Air Operator Certificates. A managed aircraft can be placed into On Demand charter or a Charter Account, so it may generate charter revenue for aircraft owners while you are away. Placed aircraft join a charter fleet flown to the ACASS Charter Without Compromise philosophy, with consistent crew and service standards. A tailored assessment begins with a conversation about how you fly.
Your Dedicated Management Team and Reporting
Every ACASS owner has a dedicated account contact who serves as a single point of contact, backed by 24/7 support. You receive monthly and annual financial reporting with full transparency, and we customize cost structures to your aircraft, usage, and operational profile. Old-school personal attention, delivered with the discipline a business aircraft demands.
EU Operational Freedom Through the Irish EJ Registry
ACASS delivers EASA aircraft management services alongside Irish registration expertise. Irish registration can support commercial operations across the EU and within the UK for eligible aircraft, and Article 83 bis agreements allow oversight responsibilities to transfer between states. ACASS secured its Irish Air Operator Certificate in 2020. Together, the Irish EJ Registry and our Irish AOC give owners a compliant path to EU and UK commercial operation for eligible aircraft, managed by one consultative team.
Safety and Certifications That Protect Your Asset
IS-BAO Stage 3, awarded in 2017, and ARGUS Gold, awarded in 2013, reflect a mature safety culture built on audited standards. A Safety Management System (SMS) governs our operation, and $300M in insurance coverage supports liability protection. When you are ready to discuss how these standards would protect your aircraft, we welcome the conversation.
Choosing an Aircraft Charter Management Company in Europe
Discerning owners weigh four things when choosing aircraft charter management:
– Safety standing
– Regulatory reach
– Reporting transparency
– Charter capability
ACASS answers each as a consultant, not an intermediary. Our record includes 30+ years of business aviation since 1994, work in 56 countries, and $2B+ in transactions.
Multi-Jurisdiction AOC Coverage: Canada, Ireland, and San Marino
ACASS holds three distinct Air Operator Certificates: Canadian since 2004, San Marino since 2015, and Irish since 2020. Together they give European owners routing and operational flexibility across jurisdictions, while each remains a separate authorization. Canadian cordiality keeps the relationship warm and personal, no matter which jurisdiction your aircraft is flying in.
Frequently asked questions
-
No. Charter is optional, and we fully support managing your aircraft without it. Placing an aircraft on charter means it may be unavailable to you at times in exchange for the possibility of charter revenue. Owners who value constant availability may choose not to charter, while others prefer the added activity. Either path receives the same level of management oversight. Connect with a specialist to weigh your options.
-
ACASS sources, vets, and manages qualified flight crew, drawing on a crew staffing heritage that dates to 1994. Each crew member’s licence validations and documentation are handled across the relevant jurisdictions, so every flight is crewed by professionals who meet the requirements of the operation. Owners are not left coordinating qualifications or paperwork themselves. Our specialists welcome questions about how crew is chosen and matched to your aircraft.
-
ACASS coordinates continuing airworthiness management and maintenance planning as part of aircraft management. Maintenance is scheduled, tracked, and documented so the aircraft stays compliant and ready to fly. Owners are freed from maintenance, regulatory, and safety concerns, while a dedicated team keeps every requirement current and every record in order. The result is steady, predictable oversight, with clear communication whenever an inspection or review comes due, so nothing is left to chance.
-
Yes. ACASS provides monthly and annual reporting with full financial transparency, so you can see how your aircraft is being managed. A dedicated account contact keeps you informed between reports and answers questions as they arise. The approach is relationship-first: you always know who is responsible and where your aircraft stands. That clarity lets you stay close to every decision about your aircraft without managing the details yourself.
-
ACASS manages business aircraft across categories, from light jets to ultra-long-range business jets. Examples include the Bombardier Global 7500 and the Gulfstream G550. The right management approach depends on the aircraft type, how it is used, and where it operates, and we assess each individually rather than using a standard template. Connect with an ACASS specialist to discuss your specific aircraft and what its management would involve.
