The Accounts Payable Coordinator ensures accurate and timely payment of vendor invoices to support business operations. Responsible for verifying charges, validating invoice accuracy, obtaining approvals, keeping meticulous records, resolving discrepancies and, processing invoice payments.

The Director of Aircraft Maintenance oversees the timely accomplishment of all continued airworthiness activities to the standards required by the authorities, ensuring that ACASS’s aircraft fleet is compliant, adequately maintained and safe for flight.

Responsible for overseeing maintenance programs, managing scheduled and unscheduled events, controlling airworthiness directives and modifications, and serving as a key interface between operators, MROs, and aviation authorities.

Responsible for leading ACASS’s global charter growth strategy across the managed fleet and sub-charter segments. This role drives revenue, develops high-performing charter sales teams, strengthens client relationships, and expands ACASS’s global charter footprint through new business opportunities and a consistently world-class charter experience.

A key member of the charter sales team responsible for promoting and selling ACASS charter availability, managing enquiries, preparing quotes and contracts, building client relationships, and collaborating internally to maximize revenue and market opportunities.
