One of the best things about working at ACASS is the culture. My team values collaboration and creativity, which lead to a productive and fun environment. The leadership team is amazing, with an open-door policy, it is very easy to talk to them about any issues or ideas.

One of my favorite things about working at ACASS is the constant excitement and variety that comes with handling high-stakes transactions. Every deal is different, and I get to work with a fantastic team of highly skilled professionals who are always ready to tackle challenges creatively and efficiently. It's exciting to be part of something so dynamic, where no two days are ever the same!

The team and camaraderie at ACASS are amazing. Everyone shares ideas and supports each other, and we are genuinely happy to celebrate each other’s successes. Regardless of how much we grow, it still feels like my family away from home. I'm so fortunate for the opportunity to do what I love in an environment that recognizes how hard I’ve worked to get here, both in school and in the field.

No two days at ACASS are ever the same. There is always a new challenge each day, which keeps me driven and focused. There have been constant opportunities for growth and career development on my journey with ACASS, and there is genuine support from my managers and everyone around me. It feels like everyone is striving to achieve the best for our clients and each other.

The working environment and culture at ACASS are very positive, and the people are friendly. The aviation industry is fast-paced and can be overwhelming to some, but I find both the industry and ACASS very encouraging and interesting. I feel like ACASS gives me the tools and helps me cultivate the mindset to succeed. The work ethic of my colleagues is also really inspiring. I hold myself to a higher standard and become better because of them.

At ACASS, not only am I part of the first business aviation charter/management company in Ireland, which is exciting, but I am also collaborating with some of the most enthusiastic and progressive people I’ve met so far in my career. The aviation industry itself is exciting, but with the ACASS team in particular I see constant possibilities for business development and truly look forward to having a front row seat as the market (and our company) grows.

From the minute I walked through the door on my first day, I knew I had made the right decision in joining ACASS. Everyone made me feel so at home and offered support and guidance—and it hasn’t stopped. The workplace is professional, but it’s also a fun and engaging atmosphere. I can honestly say that I love coming to the office.
